Account deletion

Request and device-cleanup instructions

Remove data from your device

Open More in DocBilling and choose Sign out and clear device data. This removes the stored refresh credential, selected clinic and cached mobile workspace data. You can also uninstall the app.

Request account closure

Send a request from the work email associated with your account to sales@docsplain.ca. Include your name and clinic name, but no patient information. Your clinic administrator may need to confirm the request because the clinic controls organization membership and billing records.

What may be retained

Authentication access and active membership can be removed. Claims, audit events, security records and other business records may be retained when required for legal, financial, security or healthcare-record obligations. Where deletion is not permitted, access will be restricted and the response will explain the applicable retention boundary.
